Information Warehouse
Description Please note: Data in the Information Warehouse is from prior to the implementation of the Student Information System (SIS). Student data beginning Fall 2009 and thereafter is not available in this repository. The Information Warehouse contains copies of data from the administrative system in a relational database structured to facilitate reporting and ad hoc requests for information. In addition, the Warehouse contains a reference database called the Information Catalog. The Catalog contains such information as definitions of the data elements in the Warehouse, and lists of the valid values which those elements may contain. For the most common information needs from Warehouse data, ITC has provided a number of Pre-Defined Reports which run against the Warehouse data. However, use of the Warehouse is not limited to these reports--staff may design their own requests for data from the Warehouse, using a variety of tools.
