Description ITC provides access to more than 400 online video courses through the Virtual Training Company (VTC). You may preview the first three chapters of any VTC course free of charge; entire courses require an account from ITC Training. A series of instructional videos produced by Information Technology & Communication's Customer Communications and ITC Training Services is available for no charge.
