Help Desk (Extended Consulting)
Description Desktop/UNIX/Web support problems that cannot be resolved in a phone call to the Help Desk will be referred to the appropriate technical staff for additional troubleshooting. Only if the additional phone/email consultation is unsuccessful at resolving the problem will the user be scheduled for support at an appropriate location or referred to other, possibly for-fee, service providers.
Fee Mostly free, possibly for-fee if referred further
