Service Detail Listing
Technology-enabled classrooms are available for use by University of Virginia faculty and students for instructional purposes. Services in most rooms include projection of quality computer images and presentations, DVD players, and computer stations for instructors. Student computers are also available in some rooms. Support staff are available for emergency assistance, troubleshooting problems, and help in learning about use of the equipment. (List of rooms with equipment

How to get this service

Requests for classrooms are responded to by UREG (University Registrar); requests for classroom technical assistance are immediate during class hours by calling the hotline phone numbers. All email requests and Web problem reports get a prompt response.

Referrals: The Classroom Support Group provides help 8:00 AM-10:00 PM, Monday-Friday, including University holidays if classes are in session. Sunday coverage is 2:00 PM–10:00 PM for academic classes only.
