ITC Network Operations Group

The Network Operations group consults with University departments to design, install, and provide on-going support for network hardware and software. Services such as network card installations, pulling network cable, and installing network infrastructure are just a few of the services provided by our group. In addition, Network Operations has the responsibility for the design, operation, and maintenance of the University's broadband and fiber-optic cable plants, and we provide a fiber leasing service.

Please direct requests for information or repairs to the ITC Computing Help Desk at 434-924-HELP (434-924-4357.) To arrange for the installation or activation of new ports and other Network Operations services use the Network Operations Work Order Request form.
