Reserving a Classroom and Support

Follow these steps to reserve an ITC-supported classroom:
  1. Determine your needs.
  2. Find a suitable room by viewing the annotated list of classrooms.
  3. Contact the Facilities Coordinator in the Office of the University Registrar at 924-4132 | rooms@virginia.edu.
  4. Contact the classroom support technicians to arrange for equipment.
  5. Keep in mind giving lead time is important for personnel coverage, equipment availability, and software loading and testing.

See the web site for the Arts and Sciences Center for Instructional Technology, (ASCIT), for information about borrowing equipment for arts and sciences classes in rooms not supported by ITC.
