- Open from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, weekdays only.
- Closed most holidays, but open on holidays if University classes are in session.

Physical Location
- If you need to go in person to the ITC Accounts Office (for example, if you have lost your PassPhrase card and need in-person identity proofing again), go to 2015 Ivy Road when the Accounts Office is open.
- The Accounts Office is on the University bus line and there is parking out front.
