Call the ITC Help Desk at (434) 924-3731 weekdays from 8 AM–5 PM.
In Person
- Walk-In Clinics are offered around Grounds every weekday afternoon when classes are in session.
- No appointment is needed.
- Call ahead before walking into the Help Desk Call Center, located at 2015 Ivy Road, from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM on weekdays.
- Walk-in support at this location is limited to assisting with password changes, data recovery, and test scanning.
- All other in-person help requests at this location are by appointment to arrange for the appropriate staff to be available to address your problem without a significant wait.

At both the Walk-In Clinics and the Help Desk Call Center, we do software troubleshooting, not hardware repair. But we can forward hardware problems to other organizations who provide this service (i.e., Cavalier Computers or DCI Service, depending on the type of machine).
