HOURS OF OPERATION ITC Help Desk Accounts Office Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Weekends & Holidays closed* closed* * The Help Desk and Accounts Office are open on certain University holidays when classes are in session (e.g., the Help Desk is open on Labor Day, even though it's an official UVa holiday).
- In Person: You have a couple of options, depending on your role at UVa:
- Students: Ask your ITC Computing Advisor (CA), if you are living in a first-year residence hall. (Apply to be a CA)
- Faculty/Staff: Ask your Local Support Partner (LSP), if you have one. (Does your department have one?)
