Training Opportunities

If you would like to learn more about using Microsoft Exchange in Outlook, Entourage, or the Outlook Web interface, training opportunities are available:

Online Training

ITC has provided you with access to free, brief online training videos, viewable anytime:

  • Optional: View this Getting Started Guide (PDF) before viewing the VTC videos.
  • Ready to view now?
    1. Go to www.VTC.com and log in.
      • If you were a former CorporateTime user, you already have an account. Log in with your UVa computing ID and password: training
      • If you are a new Exchange user and cannot access the videos, please email itc-training@virginia.edu to request a VTC login.
    2. Search for Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003, or Entourage videos, and then view the brief segments on exactly the topics you need.

In-Person Training

There are no more upcoming Exchange demonstrations at UVa. However, you may make a training request by contacting ITC Training Services.

  • Email itc-training@virginia.edu to request other training options. Note if you are a "super user" (who coordinates schedules of executives or books resources such as conference rooms).
