A concise guide to network connectivity and software at the University of Virginia

This site provides links to minimum setup information. Users who purchased their computer through the UVA-DCI Program, should not follow these instructions. DCI machines already have the appropriate network configuration and software installed. See the DCI site for more information if you have a DCI machine.

The links below provide access to recommended minimum setup and software to work on the University of Virginia network for a typical end user. Special needs, and use of some services may require additional configuration or software.
