Electronic Mailing List Types

There are two types of mailing lists available from ITC to support the academic, research or administrative purposes of the University of Virginia. Lists are available for CIO student organizations. We cannot offer lists to people who are not members of this community. Information for the appropriate type of list for your needs is decribed below.

Class Lists: electronic mail mailing lists for academic classes at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Mailman Lists: ITC's many-featured web-interface list management service available to support the academic, research or administrative purposes of the University of Virginia. Lists are available for CIO student organizations. We cannot offer lists to people who are not members of this community. After April 1, 2003, all new list requests will be created as Mailman lists.
