        • Notified 304 accounts with active production responsibilities
        • Increased number due to UVA PO Shopper responsibility
        • Next audit: August 2007

    4. Information Warehouse (IW)
      1. David Vermillion shared updates on IW status
      2. Annual recertification audit currently underway
      3. Promptly request deletion of IW accounts for terminated employees
      4. Information Warehouse accounts updated with Electronic Access Agreement and Security Awareness quiz information.
    5. eVA accounts for the UVA Marketplace system now submitted to DSAs
    6. Security Awareness Certification & Electronic Access Agreement Forms
