Channel 14

Channel 14 is the ITC special events channel. In the past, along with special events, it has presented a series of programs from College Broadcast that are produced by and designed for college students.  Two or three tapes of new programs arrive each week; each tape contains one or two hours of programming with two to four short subjects in the following areas:

One of the tapes is shown continuously for 24 hours; tapes change daily, repeating the programming in two- or three-day cycles depending on the number of new tapes received for the week. The same tape runs all day Saturday and Sunday. A new set of tapes begins each Wednesday.

Channel 14 is also used by ITC for special broadcasts, often in conjunction with webcasts and other special events at the university.

To comment on programming, provide suggestions, or offer general comments, send e-mail to mrs4n@virginia.edu with "Channel 14" as the subject. We will respond to all e-mail received.
