Request a MEDUSER/ACHS Printing Account

You can use this form to sign up for a MedUser account and gain access to create a printing account with ACHS.

By clicking the submit button, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations as outlined in the Responsible Computing Handbook for Faculty and Staff

You will receive email confirmation and further instructions when your account has been created. You can not proceed with creation of your ACHS printing account until you have received an email confirmation that your meduser account has been created.
